This role offers a $3,500 monthly base plus a tiered commission (3%, 5%, 7%), with strong performers earning six figures. All work-related travel is covered, including flights, lodging, rental cars, and fuel. You'll work 6 days per week visiting different locations and learning from each team. As a Travel Sales Manager, you'll guide clients through our spa services, recommend packages and upgrades, and consistently hit performance goals.
