Physician Recruiter

Goldfish Medical Staffing is growing, and we’re looking for a Permanent Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment and takes real ownership of outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, competitive, resilient, and motivated by results—not just activity.

What You’ll Do

As a Permanent Recruiter, you will manage the full-cycle recruitment process for permanent physician and provider placements.

Core Responsibilities

• Source, recruit, and place physicians and advanced practice providers in permanent positions
• Conduct high-quality candidate interviews and assess clinical, cultural, and geographic fit
• Manage candidate pipelines and job activity within our CRM
• Present candidates to clients with complete, accurate, and timely documentation
• Coordinate interviews, offers, negotiations, and start dates
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates and internal partners
• Hit defined weekly activity metrics and monthly/quarterly production goals
• Keep job and submission statuses updated within required timelines

What Success Looks Like

• Consistently meeting or exceeding placement and revenue goals
• Maintaining clean, detailed, accurate, and timely CRM data
• Strong candidate follow-through and close ratios
• Proactive communication and ownership of your desk
• Ability to manage multiple searches without losing attention to detail

Preferred Background

• Teaching, HR, recruiting, sales, or business development experience (healthcare preferred but not required)
• Experience working in a metric-driven environment
• College coursework or degree preferred
• Backgrounds in sales, athletics, teaching, or performance-based roles translate well
