Furniture Assembly Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $17.50 to $19.50 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Various shifts available ( Monday through Friday )

• Assemble, trim, finish, paint, weld, and package office furniture components.
• Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and production equipment to complete manufacturing tasks.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
• Inspect materials, components, welds, painted surfaces, and finished products to verify quality and functionality.
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials and finished goods using pallet jacks, carts, and other material-handling equipment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals, support continuous improvement efforts, and drive operational excellence.

Furniture Assembly Qualifications:

• Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or welding experience is preferred.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions.
• Ability to lift, bend, stand, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
